This is what you call “doing while at rest” – remain present simply and exclusively to this moment and act from Here. In this space, you DO without doing, you take action without moving and projecting into the future, without perpetuating the illusion of a separate isolated doer. Ask yourself, “in this moment what am I moved to do?” Do that, and then completely let go, cut the cord of attachment to the outcome or ‘later’ reflection of your action. DO while not doing, DO while completely at rest in the moment, DO while fully relinquishing the illusion of being the doer. Keep setting the birds of your actions free, again and again drop the pebble and let go. This is how you remain in the effortless flow state of your nonlocal origin.
