If an idea, a practice, a perspective, an exercise, is not taking you out of your comfort zone then it is not taking you out of the limits and boundaries you’ve set up for yourself. Psychological, energetic, or physical boundaries are artificial. They are something you at some point decided to put in place to indicate how far you were energetically willing to go. Find those ideas, perspectives, and practices that stretch you. That’s how you gain flexibility of mind and body. And it’s that flexibility of mind and body that will take you into new arena’s of experience in all facets of your waking reality.
