When you think you know what’s next or what something is, you lock yourself to a sequence of flow that conforms to your knowing. Opt out of that and into something different so that the new and unexpected can come through you. Move into a field greater than your learned knowledge and expectation. Let go of what you think you know even for just a moment, and you’ll open yourself to a state of not knowing . It’s that state of not knowing that keeps you in resonance with a different field of possibility.
Your emotional states are either resourceful, motivating, and empowering, or they are un-resourceful, deflating, and disempowering. Question the emotions you frequently run through the nervous system. Recognize that your emotions are not something you have but rather something that you do, that you initiate and sustain through the pictures you make in your head, through the way you breathe, and the silent narratives you let play on. Own your seat of power at every turn.

If you don’t direct your mind, your mind will direct you. Take ownership of the space of your mind and emotions. Let yourself be the power of influence in your own experience rather than giving up your seat of power to the influences of external factors. Be self-determined in every direction of your life and you’ll cultivate the inner strength to live the quality of life you desire.
Anything can happen in the next instant. Your surroundings can change for the better in the blink of an eye. Maintain a possibility mindset and keep yourself open to the transformative power of the Universe.
One of the things you want to notice anytime you are creating or moving into a new experience is that up until the point you made the decision to change or live something different, you were actively co-creating and co-participating in whatever was showing up, both consciously and unconsciously. And so you were in a perspective and angle of observation that created, maintained, and sustained the reality showing up. Start by owning your co-creative participation in the fields showing up, and you’ll give yourself the power to make any desired change a reality.
“Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”― Muhammad Ali
